Yes, taxes and duties may apply at delivery. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside our control. All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. By law we are required to state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to deny release of your package if you choose not to pay any applicable fees.
Is everything online available in store?
Yes, everything you see online is in store. Everything online that is out of stock is also out of stock in store.

No, under scarves are sold separately.

We recommend purchasing your desired item right away. We apologize we can not guarantee a time frame of when and if the item will be restocked.

Unfortunately we cannot enter codes manually after an order has been placed. You’ll have to save it for your next order.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use these three major carriers. USPS, UPS, and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are located. Domestic orders take 2-7 business days to arrive. Canada and International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?

You can return any products purchased within 30 days as long as they are unwashed and unworn and in the original package.
