FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS: 25% off or more… All Holiday Sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Back To School, Ramadan and EID are considered final sale items and are not eligible for exchange or refund. All items from our clearance (LAST CALL) are non-refundable and will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. *We do not offer price match adjustments for items that went on sale after your purchase date.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Modish Hijab accepts returns of unopened, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. You will be refunded the full amount of the items you purchased. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return. Please be advised that Modish Hijab is not responsible for shipping fees. If you return an item that qualified for free shipping in your initial order, we will refund the total that you paid for the product less the shipping cost.

Opened hijab items and under scarves that are returned with signs of wear/smells/stains and or without original packaging or incorrect packages as well as damaged packages, will be subject to a restocking fee of $5 or 25% (whichever is greater) of the total refund.

We do not provide return labels unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping and to ensure we receive the product.  Upon receipt of the product, we will give you a full refund, less the shipping cost. We advise that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned.

*Please note: Modish Hijab is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.

If you wish to return any full priced items for an exchange or return, you can do so by visiting our Returns Portal below. Please ensure you meet all of the returns policy requirements before initiating a return. Returns that do not meet our return policy may be denied.

Returns and exchanges are quick and easy! 

1. Login by entering your order number, zip code, tracking number, or email.

2. Select the items you would like to return.

3. Select what you would like to do (a) exchange the item with the same product but different color (b) exchange the item with another product (c) return the item for a full refund back to the original method of payment. Then proceed to follow the prompts on the screen.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund or exchange.
If you have received a damaged or defective product (this is extremely rare), please contact us via email info@modishhijab.com and let us know and we will be happy to replace it or refund it. You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes.
