Yes, everything you see online is in store. Everything online that is out of stock is also out of stock in store.

No, under scarves are sold separately.

An item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking it?
We recommend purchasing your desired item right away. We apologize we can not guarantee a time frame of when and if the item will be restocked.

I forgot to enter my promo code at checkout, how can I get that applied.
Unfortunately we cannot enter codes manually after an order has been placed. You’ll have to save it for your next order.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use these three major carriers. USPS, UPS, and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are located. Domestic orders take 2-7 business days to arrive. Canada and International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You can return any products purchased within 14 days as long as they are unwashed and unworn and in the original package.
